1. Return Window
At Monkey Kit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium performance gear. You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your gear must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support team to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please include your order number in all communications.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different size, send us an email to initiate the exchange process.
